The Wee Art Show was held at Wilson Davis Fine Art, Bridge of Weir
on the 24th to 26th April 2009

There was a real buzz at Wilson Davis Fine Art gallery over the whole weekend, particularly at the ticketed opening night party, as people enjoyed a glass of bubbly while selecting and purchasing their favourite picture from over 350 available pieces of postcard art.

The Show was an exciting mix of anonymous Postcard Art from many talented professional, amateur and celebrity artists together with paintings and donated artwork, some of which was sold in a silent auction.

The Committee sincerely thanks everyone who helped to make The Show such a huge success.

About Us

We are 4 good friends based in the Glasgow area with a wide range of interests, connections and friends, with a mutual desire to raise funds for the research into finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. Two of us have children, now in their twenties, who were diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in their teens.

We have first hand experience of living with diabetes and all that is involved. By raising funds for research we will hopefully accelerate the discovery of a cure.
